However, considering the large number of job seekers in Torch Development Zone, they set up a site here.

Guangdong Galanz Group (Zhongshan) CoLtd, based in Huangpu Town, also set up a site in Torch Development Zone early on January 5 of the lunar calendar for the same purpose.

Guangdong Zhiyi Robot Technology Co Ltd moved its factory from Shenzhen to Zhongshan's Tsuihang New District last year. This year, the company needs another 500 new workers for the production of floor cleaning robots. To complete its recruitment goals, Zhiyi Robot Technology began recruitment on Lunar New Year's Day.

Local enterprises have also raised salaries in order to recruit more workers. The monthly salary of general workers advertised on Homa's recruitment leaflet ranges from 4,700 yuan to 5,500 yuan. The comprehensive monthly salary offered by Guangdong Zhiyi Robot Technology Co Ltd for two shifts ranges from 5,500 yuan to 7,500 yuan.
