At about 9:45 am on March 2, two buses slowly rolled into Galanz's Zhongshan South Factory in Huangpu Town.

Galanz's direct buses for employees from Qujing, Yunnan Province arrived on that day. Among the 65 migrant workers, 20 came from poor families in Qujing. Galanz's dining hall opened more than one hour early with dozens of sumptuous dishes for new employees to relieve their exhaustion from the long journey.

Orders for many product categories have been lined up for the first to third quarter, and the company is striving to increase production capacity for all products. Specifically, the company is hoped to produce 150,000 units of microwave ovens per day this year, and the annual production capacity of refrigerators, dishwashers and kitchen appliances will be expanded by more than 80%. In addition, more than 10,000 front-line technicians are expected to join the company in 2021.

On Feburary 18, January 7 of the lunar calendar, 95% of Galanz's workers had returned to work, and now basically all employees have returned. At the same time, Galanz launched recruitment activities immediately after the Spring Festival, and direct recruitment in Qujing, Yunnan Province was one of Galanz's major recruitment activities this spring. This group of Zhongshan migrant workers will start work smoothly after receiving systematic pre-employment training.
