On the morning of March 31, the foundation stone laying ceremony was held for Haiwan School, the first public school in the western part of the Splendid Gulf City community in Nanlang District.

Haiwan School covers an area of about 40,000 square meters. It will serve no less than 1,800 students with 36 classes planned.

According to the latest planning, three schools will be built in Splendid Gulf City.
