Tsuihang New District (Nanlang District) newly introduced a set of rules to promote talent-related innovative development. Eligible persons can apply for subsidies from September 1 to September 15.

According to the document, talent will be mainly divided into two categories: high-level talent and category-seven talent.

The new policy includes 18 subsidy items. Among them, for identified high-level talent in Tsuihang New District who want to purchase real estate in Zhongshan, a subsidy of up to 3.6 million yuan will be given over three years according to their talent categories.

For those who have been identified as talent in Tsuihang New District, they will be given a special government allowance of up to 4,000 yuan per month for 3 years; and for organizations that newly establish academic workstations, they will be given a start-up subsidy of up to 1.5 million yuan in total.

Enterprises are encouraged to implement the "flexible talent introduction" policy. Enterprises and organizations in Tsuihang New District that have introduced identified high-level talent will be given a reward of up to 1 million yuan according to the talent categories.

Flexible talent who have worked continuously or cumulatively in Tsuihang New District for more than one month and achieved breakthroughs or significant results in core areas, will be given a living allowance of up to 300,000 yuan per year.
