On December 27, the final of 2022 Guangdong Elevator Mechanic Occupational Skills Contest opened in South District, Zhongshan, bringing together 80 contestants from 40 enterprises and institutions across Guangdong.

The final assessed the contestants' mastery of daily work, including elevator car door maintenance, elevator car door commissioning, leveling device commissioning, end station protection switch commissioning, and elevator fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
