On March 5, Zhongshan's first employed mother volunteer service team was established at Zhongshan Richsound Electronic Industrial Ltd (RSR).

RSR has a total of over 300 working mothers, including front-line workers, administrative and research staff. "These mothers hope to pass the warmth and love to repay the society," said the team leader Kuang Zhuandi who works at the HR department of RSR. The service team currently has over 80 members with an average age of 34.

On the founding day, over 10 team members took part in the volunteer campaign for Zhongshan to create a national model civilized city, the care for elderly women and other volunteer activities.
