The Torch Construction Development-Manbo Future Talent Community officially opened on March 31 in Zhongshan's Torch High-tech Zone.

With a total floor area of 60,000 square meters, the community consisting of two apartment buildings offers 1,132 units, including cozy 39-square-meter one-roomed flats and spacious 78-square-meter suites, all outfitted with brand furniture and appliances.

The community features a 1,000-square-meter shared hub with a kitchen, gym, reading lounge, e-sports room and café. 

Regular interest-based clubs and events will foster engagement, while a "talent council" encourages residents to co-manage community affairs.

A smart management system enables seamless digital services, such as bill payments, maintenance requests and event sign-ups, via a special app, supported by 24/7 concierge teams.

Under Torch High-tech Zone's talent policies, up to three years of rent-free housing will be provided to eligible talents with bachelor's degrees or higher.
