The signing ceremony for the Yixian Medical and Nursing Talent Development Program took place at Zhongshan City People's Hospital on April 23.

On the occasion of the 160th birth anniversary of Dr Sun Yat-sen, the Sun Yat-sen Foundation initiated this program to strengthen Zhongshan's medical and nursing talent pool.

Starting 2026, the Foundation will annually contribute 3.5 million yuan to Zhongshan City People's Hospital for 10 years, funding structured, all-encompassing training for healthcare professionals.
