After selecting the doctor, citizens could conduct real-time consultation with the online doctor through pictures and texts. Currently, the consultation is free of charge.

During the first-level response period to major public health emergencies in Guangdong province, the online "fever clinic" of Zhongshan People's Hospital is open from 8 am to 12 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm.
