Zhongshan has begun booster shot vaccinations to further consolidate the herd immunity of all residents. Foreign residents can make an appointment for the third shot based on their own vaccination status and needs.

Who is eligible for receiving a booster shot?

1.Those who have already received two doses of a vaccine;

2.Those whose second shot was given at least 180 days ago;

3.Aged 18 and older.

How much will the "booster shot" cost?

For foreign residents, the charge is the same as those for the former two shots.

Is the "booster shot" the same as the previous vaccine doses?

Yes, it is just another shot of the same vaccine.

Foreign residents who need a booster shot should make an appointment through the following QR code. After receiving an SMS notification, you should bring your passports and vaccination vouchers (which can be found in the health code application) to Torch Development Zone Hospital for vaccination.
