The Physical Examination Sub-center of Zhongshan People's Hospital (ZSPH) opened recently on the first floor of Zhongshan Jishuitan Orthopedic Hospital. Over 30 patients had their first routine physical examination at the new sub-center.

At present, ZSPH has invested over 1 million yuan to improve the queueing system, digital diagnosis guidance and information systems, and newly purchased body composition analyzers, infrared thermal imagers and mammography machines to ensure that patients can access to the same level of physical examination services in the sub-center.

Zhongshan Jishuitan Orthopedic Hospital has a construction area of over 40,000 square meters with 200 beds at the current moment. The hospital has 6 orthopedic departments such as an orthopedic trauma center, and comprehensive departments including an internal medicine department, emergency department, and rehabilitation department.
