The first "New Overseas Chinese Workstation" was recently established in Huayuan Community in East District.
The "New Overseas Chinese Workstation" is an important platform to strengthen the contact between returned overseas Chinese, their relatives and graduates returned from abroad. It will not only establish a learning system and a briefing system, hold fellowship activities and organize public welfare voluntary activities, but also help the overseas Chinese community to safeguard their rights and interests and give timely feedback to federations of overseas Chinese at all levels and relevant departments.
For the new overseas Chinese group, the workstation will provide entrepreneurship guidance services, promote the sharing of resources among members, promote exchanges, cooperation and development, and at the same time do a good job in the publicity and promotion of new overseas Chinese projects and tell stories about the innovation and entrepreneurship of new overseas Chinese.
As the Spring Festival approaches, the workstation plans to provide training services for hand-made coffee and hand-made pottery, and to guide overseas Chinese to volunteer for the Spring Festival activities in the community to enhance their sense of belonging.
