The Zhongshan Bureau of Natural Resources and Zhongshan Bureau of Justice on June 1 jointly launched a "one-stop" service for real estate inheritance registration.

Five Zhongshan notarization agencies undertook the examination of real estate inheritance rights, providing a "green pass" for inheritance registration.

With this "green pass", citizens can directly apply for real estate inheritance registration at the real estate registration window of Zhongshan Public Service Center. Applicants only need to provide the main supporting materials and fill in the "Family Status Declaration Form on Inheritance Rights". After reviewing the materials, the notary office will issue an opinion to the real estate registration authorities, which will examine and approve the real estate inheritance registration. The applicants are saved from bearing any additional expenses.
