Zhongshan will adjust the base and amount of the housing provident fund deposit in 2020. Units that have opened accounts and normally deposited housing provident funds shall complete the adjustment of the 2020 housing provident fund deposit base and deposit amount from July to September 2020.

In 2020, the minimum monthly deposit amount of employees' housing provident fund in Zhongshan city is 172 yuan and the maximum amount is 5,142 yuan. Among them, the minimum limit will remain unchanged from that of 2019, but the maximum limit will be increased from 4,470 yuan to 5,142 yuan.

The provident fund deposit base for the 2020 remittance year (July 2020 to June 2021) is the monthly average of the total wages (including bonuses, allowances and subsidies, overtime wages, etc) of the employees in 2019.
