On the afternoon of June 23, at the Zhongshan Public Legal Service Center, Mr Yang signed a service agreement with Liang Chanjuan, a lawyer from Guangdong Zaixin Law Firm, and Mr Yi signed a service agreement with Huang Feng, a lawyer from Guangdong Ford & Ford Law Firm. They both became the first batch of disadvantaged groups in Zhongshan to sign up for the "Family Law Consultant Service". In the future, in case of disputes or infringement of rights and interests, consultant lawyers will provide free legal services to them at any time.

According to reports, the "Family Law Consultant Service" project will provide family legal advising services both online and offline to special groups such as needy families.

For the online approach, citizens can obtain help from "AI Legal Adviser" by following the Wechat official account "Law Defends Zhongshan", and find ways and means to solve their own legal problems through self-service inquiry.

For the offline approach, the Zhongshan Bureau of Justice provides one-on-one public welfare family legal advisory services to entitled groups such as needy families, the disabled, the elderly and military families by recruiting volunteer lawyers.
