"People who have no cell phone or WeChat account or encounter such situations as cell phone out of power, operating difficulties or others can ask our staff for help." At present, two staffers are specially arranged for the "green channel" to help special groups at any time.
"People in need can seek corresponding help as soon as they enter the center, and there will be special staff to provide them with fast and convenient services. In addition, the staff also can provide wheelchairs, hearing aids, reading glasses and other items as needed," said a staff member of ZSPSC.
