This December 3rd was the 29th International Disabled Peoples' Day. Over the course of the "13th Five-Year Plan", the Zhongshan Association of Volunteers for People with Disabilities has raised 2.5 million yuan from the general public and carried out about 280 activities to help the disabled, benefiting 11,300 people. Using data from the household census every year, the volunteer association will carry out targeted actions to help disabled people with a variety of activities.
