An "internet-based self-service law firm" opened in the East District Community Management Micro Center that is in Building 108, Huayuan New Village on the morning of June 3.
The "self-service law firm" looks like an ATM covered by a big box, and it can serve one person at a time. Citizens can log in with their ID cards or personal WeChat IDs, choose "Online Legal Consultation", and then receive one-on-one consultation services through video, text or voice communication. The machine also facilitates the writing, review and modification of legal documents online. All service fees are paid by the government.
iLvdo's "self-service law firm" platform integrate information of over 40,000 well-known lawyers and relevant resources across China to provide the masses with 24-hour online legal services. Lawyers from 32 law firms in Zhongshan have joined the platform.
At present, citizens can get timely, free consultation services once a day for half an hour on such topics as marriage, family, housing administration, traffic accident, contract dispute, and labor relation.
