The Zhongshan "Village Social Security and Tax Services Program" was initiated by the Zhongshan Taxation Bureau on the afternoon of June 28. The service offers convenience to the public by allowing the payment of social security practically from citizens' doorsteps.

Five departments, including the Zhongshan Taxation Bureau, jointly established 24 service teams composed of Party members and deployed special liaison officers to 278 Party-masses service centers citywide to build a socialized service team that fully understands social security-related policies.

The 5 departments will jointly formulate service guidelines for cross-department social security affairs and provide publicity and training services through Party-masses service centers in villages and communities.
