For those who are unable to apply for legal aid in person due to major diseases or disabilities, legal aid lawyers and staff will provide on-the-spot services.
Zhongshan has also expanded the scope of its services for migrant workers. After accepting their cases, lawyers will be assigned and legal extension services, such as the review of labor contracts and employment contracts, will be provided, tracking the whole legal.
Zhongshan will also expand the scope of legal aid to include notarization and judicial expertise, and will exempt corresponding fees for eligible residents.
