Seven towns and districts including Guzhen, Nanlang, Xiaolan, Nantou, Tanzhou, Shenwan and Henglan have opened trademark brand cultivation and instruction stations to provide market entities with trademark-related services starting September 1.

A total of 24 service items can be handled at these 7 town- and district-based stations, including trademark registration and application, withdrawal of trademark registration and application, international registration and application for Madrid trademarks, etc. 

Market entities in other towns, districts and cities should go to the Zhongshan trademark acceptance window of the National Intellectual Property Administration to handle relevant services. Zhongshan plans to build trademark brand cultivation and instruction stations in all towns and districts by the end of next year.

Currently, Zhongshan has over 200,000 valid registered trademarks.
