Lots were drawn for the allocation of the second batch of Zhongshan municipal public housing rentals for this year on November 4. A total of 148 applicants who participated in the drawing got new homes.

At the drawing, staff members of the housing and urban-rural development department randomly divided houses for the 148 eligible applicants into grades ranking from first to fourth. Among the 148 families, 12 chose Ping'an Garden and 136 chose Qi'an Garden.
