The agreement signing and launch ceremony of the Zhongshan-Macao Cross-border Real Estate Registration and Financial Services cooperation program was held in Zhongshan on the morning of November 12.

As the Zhongshan Real Estate Center presented the tablet of the service site to the Macao Branch of the Bank of China, the online cross-border real estate mortgage registration service was launched between Zhongshan and Macao.

Through online cross-border mortgage registration service, enterprises and residents in Hong Kong and Macao can register their real estate with the "once or less" system. The whole process from applying for mortgage to receiving the certificate can be handled without going through customs.
