Since the beginning of this year, four types of government non-tax revenue, including revenue from the sale of state-owned land use rights, special revenue for mineral resources, charge for sea area utilization and uninhabited island utilization fee, would be levied by Zhongshan Tax Service.

Payment of revenue from the sale of state-owned land use rights, known as the "land-transferring fee", can be finished through both offline and online channels.

Citizens who choose offline payment channel can pay the land-transferring fee and deed tax directly at the nearest tax service hall.

For online payment, citizens can pay the land-transferring fee through such platforms as the "Guangdong Tax Service" WeChat applet, official website of the Guangdong Provincial Electronic Tax Service and the Guangdong Tax app.
