Zhongshan recently released the second batch of 4 industrial land parcels, the investment promotion activities of which will be conducted online. The four parcels are located in Torch Development Zone, South District, Sanjiao Town and Nantou Town, with convenient transportation and complete supporting facilities. The land is available to enterprises from such sectors as next-generation information technology, catering and delivery services, new materials, medical equipment, healthcare and medicine, and etc.

To match land resources with industrial demands, this year, Zhongshan has launched the "Zhongshan Land Parcel Lookup" (中山看地云), an online platform for the promotion of industrial land. Since its launch on March 28, the platform has accumulated about 7,000 mu of industrial land in Zhongshan, and 18 parcels of industrial and residential land (1,087 mu in total) have been publicly promoted. So far, 2 land transfers are in progress and 3 have issued land transfer announcements.
