Ms Xu, who lives overseas in Jamaica, sent a pennant printed with "Warm Home for Chinese All Over the World" to the New Overseas Chinese Service Center of Zhongshan (NOCSCZS) on July 12 to express her heartfelt thanks to NOCSCZS for its dedicated support over the past year.
In early 2021, Ms Xu came to the center explaining how she had lived in Jamaica with her husband for more than 10 years and wanted her children to get educated in China. The staff explained relevant policies to her, instructed her on the preparation of relevant materials, and walked her through her children's education admission procedures .
In March this year, she called the center again to inquire about specific admission matters. The staff contacted local education departments , notary offices and other relevant departments to learn about the latest policies, provided her with clear guidance, and patiently answered her questions.
On July 8, her children were enrolled in a school in Zhongshan. Ms Xu now can continue her work abroad.
