To further improve business environment and administrative Service, the East District Administrative Service Hall recently launched the 'Approval by Mail' service.

"Approval by Mail" is a customized administrative service-related express service supported by SF Express. It covers all the examination and approval service items related to people's livelihood, commercial registration, engineering construction, and etc.

Often times, submitted materials do not conform to the relevant regulations or the signatures were not acceptable. With the "Approval by Mail" service, staff can make decisions on a case-by-case basis and citizens can handle the follow-up procedures by mail or online. There is no need to make a special trip except when the applicant's physical presence is specifically required.
