"More than 220 inter-city administrative service items can be handled here at the special 'Shenzhen-Zhongshan Government Affairs Service' window," said a staff member of the Cuiheng New District Public Service Center.

Zhongshan is advancing the integrative development of administrative service between Zhongshan and Shenzhen due to close exchanges of industries, enterprises and individuals. So far, Cuiheng New District and Torch Development Zone have established a management mechanism with Baoan District and Longhua District in Shenzhen, which covers such areas as labor, social security and health care.

In addition, the Cuiheng New District Public Service Center also launched guidance and agent service to provide full life-cycle administrative service to enterprises.

Currently, Cuiheng New District is still expanding the scope of inter-city administrative service, including exploring a mutual recognition policy with Qianhai regarding professional qualifications and titles.
