The Data Elements Service Center (Shenzhen-Zhongshan), co-built by Zhongshan Bureau of Government Service and Data, Shenzhen Data Exchange and Zhongshu Hailiang, a company under Zhongshan City Construction Group, was inaugurated on December 13, laying a solid foundation for Zhongshan and Shenzhen to jointly seek new development in the data element market and boosting the construction of a digital bay area.

Zhongshan and Shenzhen, both are core cities within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, have developed close connection in economic and trade, talent exchange and cultural blending, with frequent flow of production factors such as capital, talent and technology.

In the future, the center will strengthen cooperation in such fields as data circulation and trading system construction, digital technology, data governance system building, digital industry planning and market-oriented construction of digital factors, and improve Zhongshan's service capability in full-chain data exchange and full-coverage regional transaction.
