The branch center of the Greater Bay Area National Center of Technology Innovation (GBA NCTI) was unveiled in Cuiheng New District on May 23.

As a major part of GBA NCTI's innovation network, the branch center will shoulder the significant responsibility of promoting the commercialization of research findings and the industrial development of biomedicine. GBA NCTI will work closely with Zhongshan to jointly develop a technology innovation hub with global influence.

Based in the Zhongshan Institute for Drug Discovery, the branch center will focus on key technology breakthroughs and the industrialization development of biomedicine and expedite the commercialization and application of scientific and technological achievements, aiming to inject fresh vitality into the development of the biomedical industry in the GBA and the entire country.
