Zhongshan Yokee Construction Co and National Health Technology Park signed an agreement on December 24 for the construction of Venus Royal Hotel in Torch Development Zone.

With a total investment of 180 million yuan, it will become the first high-end hotel project in the railway Zhongshan Station area, integrating lodging, conferences, catering, leisure and entertainment.

The hotel is designed with 120 guest rooms, 4 conference rooms, 500 dining tables, 110 parking spots, large Chinese and Western restaurants, and other entertainment facilities. It is planned to be completed by the end of 2025.

Zhongshan Yokee Construction Co also plans to join hands with Simen Village to develop characteristic hotels and urban homestays as well as to cultivate new forms of consumption integrating accommodation, catering and business.
