The elevator business center established by Zhongheng Fangyu, a construction engineering company under Zhongshan City Construction Group, has initiated decoration work and is set to launch in June this year. It is Zhongshan's first full-chain intelligent elevator business platform run by a state-owned enterprise.

Covering residential, commercial, public buildings and industrial parks, the center will deliver professional, reliable "one-stop" elevator solutions for residents, enterprises and public institutions by integrating services including equipment sales, replacement and renovation, installation, and maintenance. 

The center will be open to the public upon completion, featuring exhibition zones for companies and core components showcasing, smart maintenance and operations, and consultation. Property owners seeking elevator installation or upgrade solutions can also customize elevator cars with 3D renderings.
