Almond Cake is one of well-known traditional snacks in Zhongshan. The two sisters, Selma and Aida from Bosnia and Herzegovina recently visited the Juxiangyuan Museum of Cake Culture to experience making almond cakes and learn about the traditional technique of intangible cultural heritage in Zhongshan.
