After Kadafy Hosenally competed with the local chef Mr Beard in cooking fried crabs, he decided to visit the seaside ponds to catch some crabs. As a Michelin chef from Mauritius with over 30 years of experience, this time, he also learnt to make Crushed Iced Lemon Tea from some young Chinese he met in a chance encounter. 

Kadafy was impressive with the beach front of Yakou Village of Zhongshan. There are so many local young people who open their snack shops to do business. People can take a seat along the seaside, enjoying the drinks and snacks. It's so romantic. "I wish Mauritius can be like China." Kadafy said. Zhongshan is really a place worth living. "I just want to tell those people, if you don't know China then come here and see  for yourself. "
