After years away from home, the US-based overseas Chinese Shaoyun Lian and his son Winter Lian returned to Longhuan Village in South District, where they felt the changes of their hometown and communicated with fellow villagers again using local dialect. Across the ocean, the Lian's family writes a symphony of the times of Longhuan people.
