Located in Dachong Town, Zhongshan, Antang Village has weathered centuries of wind and rain, standing quietly through time. Over 60 overseas Chinese residences dot the village, bearing the hometown nostalgia of fellow villagers abroad. Yet years of disuse and aging have left them worn, posing a dual challenge of preservation and development.

How can we revive these dormant old buildings and re-energize this century-old village? Six years ago, Antang Community set out to explore new paths, with Antang Homestay being the first attempt.
