In a quiet street corner in Bokai Community, Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan, there is a restaurant called "Parea". The name comes from Greek, meaning "gathering of friends".

The restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine along with Middle Eastern and Turkish specialties. Co-owned by Gustav from South Africa and Evan from Palestine, the restaurant has gradually become a "community living room" - a place where friends and neighbors gather, chat, and feel at home.
