The 19th China Chorus Association Choir Festival runs from August 7 to 12 in Zhongshan. On August 1, the German Gents Chorus from Berlin, Germany staged a show at the Zhongshan Culture & Art Center, presenting a repertoire that spans a century and multiple countries.

From 1920s German romantic tunes to Italian coastal melodies, New Zealand sea shanties, and modern rock and pop hits, alongside specially arranged pieces for the China tour, including Kangding Love Song, Red Bean and The First Taste of Love, the fusion of Western chorus and Chinese melodies took the Zhongshan audience on a journey of sound.
