Zhongshan proposes 12 key landscapes in central city, including Jinzi Mountain, Ma Mountain, Zimaling Mountain, Huatuo Mountain, Yandun Mountain, Zhuoqi Mountain, Zhongshan North Station, Shenzhen-Zhongshan Channel, Xingzhong Avenue, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and Qijiang New Town, to form 24 “sight corridors”.

To guarantee the formation of the 24 “sight corridors”, Zhongshan Urban and Rural Planning Bureau worked out “The Regulatory Guide for the Key Landscape Corridors Control Area in Central City”, according to which all building schemes within relevant landscape corridors control areas need to be evaluated and provide related “assessment report”. The building schemes need to be submitted to the Architecture and Environmental Art Specialized Committee for seuvey and demonstration as well.
