During the Spring Festival holiday, up to 780 thousand tourists visited Zhongshan city parks, according to Zhongshan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. In specific, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Park served 360 thousand visitors, while Zimaling Park served 126 thousand tourists.

The number of visitors of Yat-sen Lake Park has soared to 55 thousand, owing to the newly-opened children activity area.

The visitor peak appeared on the first day of Chinese New Year, said an official from Zhongshan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau. On that day, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Park served more than 70 thousand visitors in total.
