The 2nd Torch Zone Lotus Tourism Culture Festival 2019 kicked off on the morning of June 23 in Deneng Lake Park. Many citizens, tourists and photographers were attracted to enjoy the lotus.

Deneng Lake was crowded on that day. In addition to the performances with regional characteristics at the opening ceremony, the event also features theme areas including the "Splash-ink Lotus" Fan Show, lotus art exhibition, lotus cuisine zone, lotus tea corridor, and integrity comics exhibition.

It should be reminded that the 6th Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Dragon and Lion Dance Championship will be held during the festival.

The event comes together with the photo contest with the theme of "Coming for Lotus in Summer". Winners of the first, second and third prizes can receive 5,000 yuan, 2,500 yuan and 1,000 yuan respectively as a bonus.
