The third phase of the Zhongshan Arboretum was open to the public on November 15.

The third phase covers an area of about 1,674 mu (about 1.116 million square meters), which mainly includes a 40,000-square-meter Colorful Zhongshan Garden, a 10,000-square-meter water tourism area, a 7,000-square-meter Woody Flower Garden, an additional 900-square-meter greenhouse, and 3.4 kilometers of renovated and expanded park roads.

The Colorful Zhongshan Garden is the largest area after renovation. It has 5 rest areas and a Science Plaza. More than 70 kinds of trees, most of which are flowering trees, are planted in the garden, so that citizens can come here all year round to enjoy different seasonal scenery.
