Starting March 18, parts of the Museum of Dr Sun Yat-sen have re-opened to the public. Tourists need to make online reservation so that they can visit the museum.
The opening hours are 9:00-17: 00 every day, and the museum closes the entrance at 16:30. The reopened areas include Sun Yat-sen Memorial Exhibition Area, Tsuihang Residential Exhibition Area, Farming Culture Exhibition Area, Outdoor Open Area of Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Area, and the Revolution of 1911 Memorial Park. Indoor exhibition halls and the Yang Yin Memorial Exhibition Area are still closed.
In order to prevent and control the epidemic, Museum of Dr Sun Yat-sen accepts no more than 2,000 tourists a day and limits reservations to 250 people per hour.
Tourists need to make an appointment before midnight the day before their visit on the WeChat account of Museum of Dr Sun Yat-sen (ID: zsgj_dy). Each appointment can include 5 people at most. At present, tourists without reservation and group reservations are not accepted.
