How to have a nice trip in Zhongshan's Fushan Town in scorching summer? Here are some recommendations.

Fuxu Mountain Park

Fuxu Mountain is famous for its religious elements. The Fuxu Mountain Park covers an area of 40 hectares, and it features a magnificent landscape of scattered peaks and valleys. The park has such scenery spots as Xiangzhang Road, Taoli Road, Tea Garden, Fuxu Tripod (the third largest bronze tripod in China), the Yinyuan Square, the Wenchang Tower and the Huangyu Street Wharf. The mountains boast a picturesque panorama where birds chirp and flowers bloom; wild squirrels running and playing can be seen by chance.

Niuwang Temple revolutionary Site

Niuwang Temple is located on the east side of the Niujiao North Gate (an immovable historical relic in Zhongshan) of Niujiaozhi Street in Niujiao Village, Fusha Town. It was built in 1897 during the Guangxu period in the Qing Dynasty.

Fusha Village (Hengjing River and paddy field landscape)

Hengjing River in Fusha Village is a demonstration site for the construction of beautiful countryside. There are vivacious and charming locales that include ancient trees, graceful lotus ponds and colorful wall paintings along the river. These treasures have made the village even more charming.

The paddy field landscape near Hengjing River is a breathtaking location combining traditional farming culture with a magnificent landscape. There are waterwheels, pavilions, corridors and a series of farming culture-related vistas made of straw. It is a perfect place for leisure, sightseeing and taking photos.

Fuxu Old Street

Fuxu Old Street, the only preserved Southeast Asia-style street in Fusha Town, witnesses the history of changes of Fusha Town. At present, traditional blacksmith shops, rural hair salons, old-fashioned fishing gear shops, wood-making workshops, peasant collection halls that offer special potted rice dishes still stands along the street, surrounded by century-old trees.

Farmer's boat solo racing, one of the intangible cultural heritage programs in Fusha, is held here every year.

Yaquewei Wetland Park

Yaquewei Wetland Park has a 8-kilometer-long green path, which is good for cycling and taking a walk. Visitors can enjoy the relaxed natural atmosphere while breathing fresh air and visiting turtle and koi farms along the way. It is also a perfect place for enjoying the sunset and taking photos!
