A promotion event of Jiayuguan City, Gansu Province was held in Zhongshan on March 27, during which the two cities established sister-city relation in culture and tourism.

The tourism departments of both cities signed an agreement to carry out cooperation in resource sharing, brand building, tourist exchange and etc.

The Gobi Desert Art Exhibition of Jiayuguan opened at the Zhongshan Cultural Center, showcasing over 100 sand-themed artworks including paintings and carvings.
