Ninghui Garden, a culture-education-tourism complex in Yongning Community, Xiaolan Town, broke ground on May 22.

Ninghui Garden spans a planned area of 480 mu (about 32 hectares), with a total construction area of 180,000 square meters and a proposed investment of 1.5 billion yuan. It aims to be a comprehensive cultural-educational-tourism industry benchmark.

The project mainly includes a high-quality private school, a museum, a tourism resort and an aerospace-biology science education facility. It is estimated to attract over 1 million annual visitors while driving a total regional economic output of 4 billion yuan through synergistic development.

Construction has recently commenced on the tourism resort and the aerospace-biology science education base, which will be partially open to the public this year and fully open next year.

The other two core parts, the private school and the museum, are set to commence construction this year and will be put into use next year.
