The My Sam Town commercial street, the second phase of the Qijiang New Town commercial complex, has passed the acceptance inspection. It will complement high-end warehouse-style retailing to diversify business synergies.

Situated in the Zhongshan North Station area in Shiqi subdistrict, the Qijiang New Town commercial complex comprises Sam's Club Zhongshan and the newly completed My Sam Town.

My Sam Town, a three-story vertical space on the ground, integrates dining, leisure and entertainment, featuring international brands such as McDonald's Ray-style Drive-Thru flagship store and KFC's KPRO healthy restaurant.

Notably, My Sam Town will host the first large-sized immersive ice park in downtown Zhongshan. Spanning over 1,000 square meters, the venue is set to open this year.
