Zhongshan's top 10 livelihood projects for 2023 were announced at the second plenary meeting of the third session of the 16th Zhongshan Municipal People's Congress.
Over the past years, many foreign friends have been attracted to live and work in Zhongshan. On February 5, many of them joined hands with local Chinese for the Charity Parade.
