From 1998 to now, nearly 1.2 million people in Zhongshan have participated in voluntary blood donation, with a total donated blood volume of nearly 250 tons.
At present, there are 15,696 registered nurses in Zhongshan working in hospitals, community health service centers, outpatient departments, clinics, and others.
