Zhongshan plans to build 100 distinguished talent studios and 100 home bays for talents, and introduce five types of urgently needed talents for 100 villages (communities).
Each of the new recruits will get a talent subsidy, and the employer will provide them with living and working supplies, as well as pre-employment health examination and training.
